Activités Interdites

It is forbidden to use the Marketplace service for activities which:

1. Violate any Panamanian law or regulation or internationally accepted laws.
2. Have to do with transactions concerning (a) narcotics, steroids, controlled substances or other products that entail a risk to consumer safety, (b) items which encourage, promote, facilitate or urge other persons to participate in illegal activities, (c) stolen goods including digital and virtual products, (d) items which encourage hate, violence or racial intolerance or the financial exploitation of a crime, (e) items that violate any copyright, commercial trademark, advertising or privacy law, or any other proprietorship in accordance with the laws of any jurisdiction, (f) munitions, firearms or certain firearm pieces or accessories or certain weapons or knives regulated according to applicable law.
3. Have to do with transactions that (a) promote pyramid or "Ponzi" schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich quick methods" or certain marketing plans on several levels, (b) are associated with purchasing annuities or lottery contracts, purchase reserve systems, international banking services or transactions to finance or refinance debts whose funds originated with a credit card, (c) are associated with the sale of travelers checks or money orders.
4. Have to do with transactions which Marketplace considers to be a risk.
